Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Operator means Gamesys Operations Limited, operating the Virgin Bet product on the domain https://virginicaz.com for players located in the United Kingdom, under UK Gambling Commission licence number 38905. References to "we", "us" or "our" are to the Operator.
- Website means https://virginicaz.com and any sub-domains, mobile sites, applications, or platforms on which the Virgin Bet services are made available to UK players.
- User or Player means any natural person who has registered or attempts to register an account on the Website and who uses, or seeks to use, any of the gambling services offered under Virgin Bet.
- Account means a personal, single-customer account opened and maintained with the Operator for the purpose of participating in gambling on the Website.
- Bet or Wager means any stake of real money or bonus funds placed by a Player on any game, event, or outcome offered on the Website.
- Games means any casino, slots, live casino, or other gambling products offered on the Website from time to time.

User obligations and security
- Accuracy of information: You warrant that all information supplied to us during registration and throughout your relationship with us is true, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information, including using another person's identity or payment method without permission, may result in immediate account closure, voiding of bets and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Login credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any other security details confidential and secure. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.

- Multiple users and shared devices: You must take reasonable steps to prevent minors and any other third parties from accessing your Account, especially when using shared or public devices.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General betting conditions
- Placing bets: Bets are placed exclusively via the Website interface. A bet is deemed accepted when it is recorded on our systems and appears in your betting or game history. Once accepted, bets cannot ordinarily be cancelled or amended by you.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has defined minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed in the Game rules or on-screen. We may impose additional limits on your Account (for example, maximum daily or monthly stake or loss limits) for responsible gambling or risk management reasons.

Bet acceptance, errors and cancellations
- Operator discretion: We reserve the right to refuse all or part of any bet or stake request at our sole discretion, including for reasons of compliance, technical issues, or responsible gambling considerations.
- Obvious errors: In the event of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect game configuration, clearly incorrect odds, pay-tables, or display errors, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settled at the correct terms that should have applied. We will act reasonably and in accordance with UKGC guidance when exercising this right.
- Technical malfunctions: If, due to a technical fault (including but not limited to network interruption, hardware or software malfunction, or game misconfiguration), a Game or bet does not complete as intended, we may:
- Void the affected bets and refund the stake; or
- Restore the Game state to the last known valid position, where technically feasible and fair.
Live casino, chats and player conduct
- Respectful behaviour: You must treat our staff, live dealers, and other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, obscene, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive language or behaviour is strictly prohibited in live chats, usernames, avatars, or any other communication channel.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:
- Manipulate or attempt to manipulate any Game or software;
- Use bots, automated systems, or prohibited software tools;
- Collude with other players or share information intended to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploit apparent bugs or malfunctions.
- Right to remove content: We may remove chat messages, suspend chat privileges, or close Accounts where users breach these conduct rules.
RNG and fairness
- Random outcomes: The results of our non-live Games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) which are tested and audited, including by eCOGRA, to ensure fairness and randomness.
- Decisive records: In case of discrepancy between your on-screen balance or result and our server records, the server records will prevail, subject to independent verification where appropriate.
Bonus Terms
General bonus conditions
- Separate terms: Each Bonus is subject to these general Bonus Terms and any specific promotional terms communicated on the Website or via direct marketing. In case of conflict, specific promotional terms prevail to the extent permitted by law.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to registered, verified UK players with an active Account and may be restricted by segment, status, or recent activity. We may limit access to certain promotions at our discretion in accordance with UK advertising and consumer protection rules.
- One bonus per person: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Bonus is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
Activation, wagering and timeframes

- Wagering Requirements: Where applicable, you must meet the stated Wagering Requirements before bonus funds and/or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. - Time limits: Bonuses and associated Wagering Requirements may expire if not used or completed within the promotional timeframe (e.g. 7, 14 or 30 days from crediting). Upon expiry, remaining bonus funds and/or related winnings may be removed from your Account.
Bonus use, restricted games and prohibited actions
- Game weighting: Not all Games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. For example:
- Most slots: 100% contribution;
- Some slots or high-RTP titles: reduced contribution or excluded;
- Table games and live casino: may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded.
- Prohibited actions: To prevent abuse, you must not:
- Place minimal-risk or zero-risk bets for the primary purpose of clearing Wagering Requirements;
- Place large bets that represent a significant proportion of your bonus balance (for example, stakes exceeding a stated maximum per spin/round) where promotional terms prohibit this;
- Use strategies that artificially extend game play or manipulate outcomes in a manner inconsistent with fair use.
Combining promotions and changes to bonuses
- Non-combination: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions. Participation in one promotion may render you ineligible for others during the same period.
- Right to withdraw or amend: We may withdraw, amend, or cancel Bonuses or promotions where necessary for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, or to correct obvious errors, provided that:
- Changes do not unfairly disadvantage players who have already opted in and started to meet Wagering Requirements; and
- Any material change is communicated clearly in advance where feasible.
- Bonus abuse: If we reasonably believe that you have abused a Bonus or promotion, including violation of these Bonus Terms, we may remove the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may suspend or close your Account in accordance with these Terms and applicable UK regulations.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Accepted methods: Deposits may be made using payment cards (such as Visa or Mastercard debit cards), approved e-wallets, bank transfer, and other methods listed in the cashier section of the Website. We do not accept credit cards for gambling transactions in the UK where prohibited by law.
- Crypto payments: If cryptocurrency methods are not explicitly listed in the cashier for UK players, they are not accepted. You must not attempt to use unapproved payment methods.

Account balances, adjustments and refunds

Termination & Suspension
Termination by you

Suspension and termination by us
